Dear Patients,
Coleman Pediatrics has received Moderna’s COVID vaccines for patients ages 6 months through 5 years 364 days old. We will be offering appointments for COVID vaccine clinics for this age group on:
First Dose: Second Dose:
Thursday June 30th starting at 5pm Thursday July 28th starting at 5pm
Thursday July 7th starting at 5pm Thursday August 4th starting at 5pm
Saturday July 9th starting at 9am Saturday August 6th starting at 9am
Additional clinics will also be made available as these dates fill. Patients will be required to make appointments for both first and second doses when scheduling and must be available to receive the vaccine on both dates exactly 4 weeks apart. Clinics will be held in our office, Suite 310, on the 3rd floor, unlike previous vaccine clinics. Parent/Legal Guardian must accompany patient to the appointment. Patient must bring their COVID vaccination card to the second dose appointment to receive the vaccine.
Please be considerate of our staff as well as other patients and do not schedule a COVID vaccine appointment at our office if you have already scheduled or received a COVID vaccine with another provider. Please call the office at (301)468-9225 to schedule.
The state has provided our office with an ample supply of this vaccine. We strongly recommend that all eligible patients get vaccinated against COVID as soon as possible.
