Dear Patients,
Coleman Pediatrics has received a very limited shipment of Pfizer’s COVID vaccines for patients ages 5 through 11 years old. We will be offering appointments for first dose COVID vaccine clinics for this age group on November 13, 2021 AM and November 16, 2021 PM. The second dose COVID vaccine clinics will be held on December 4, 2021 AM and December 7, 2021 PM. Patients will be required to make appointments for both first and second doses when scheduling and must be available to receive the vaccine on both dates exactly 21 days apart. Clinics will be held in the basement level of our building in the same space where flu clinics were held. Parent/Legal Guardian must accompany patient to the appointment.
Please be considerate of our staff as well as other patients and do not schedule a COVID vaccine appointment at our office if you have already scheduled or received a COVID vaccine with another provider. We are currently unable to provide second doses for patients who received first doses with another provider. Due to limited availability, we will be scheduling only 150 patients for COVID vaccine appointments at this time.
We strongly recommend that all eligible patients get vaccinated against COVID as soon as possible, even if that means scheduling this vaccination through other available COVID vaccination sites.
