Coleman Pediatrics has received a limited shipment of Moderna’s COVID vaccines for patients ages 6 months through 5 yrs 364 days old. We will be offering appointments for the first dose COVID vaccine clinics for this age group on Thursday June 23, 2022 starting at 5pm and Saturday June 25, 2022 starting at 9AM. The second dose COVID vaccine clinics will be held on Thursday July 21, 2022 starting at 5pm and Saturday July 23, 2022 starting at 9AM. Additional clinics will be made available as vaccine shipments arrive. Patients will be required to make appointments for both first and second doses when scheduling and must be available to receive the vaccine on both dates exactly 4 weeks apart. Clinics will be held in our office, Suite 310, on the 3rd floor, unlike previous vaccine clinics. Parent/Legal Guardian must accompany patient to the appointment. Patient must bring their COVID vaccination card to the second dose appointment to receive the vaccine.
Please be considerate of our staff as well as other patients and do not schedule a COVID vaccine appointment at our office if you have already scheduled or received a COVID vaccine with another provider. Please call the office at (301)468-9225 to schedule.
